I have just received the new call for the screenwriters’ residency in Marseille and Málaga, organized by the Festival de cinéma espagnol de Marseille. It is a very interesting project that I had the opportunity to learn about last year thanks to Roxana, the festival’s vice-president. Authors residing in Spain, of any nationality, may apply. The submission deadline is March 16.

CineHorizontes, Marseille Spanish Film Festival, covers:
*rental of an apartment in the building of the famous architect Le Corbusier in Marseille for one month
*round-trip Spain / Marseille for the winner
*office space in an artist’s studio
*1,000 euros stipend.The Málaga Festival covers:
*round-trip Madrid / Málaga for the winner
*hotel accommodation throughout the Festival
*daily vouchers for meals at restaurants in Málaga.It is not necessary to speak French to participate.
The deadline has been modified: projects must be submitted by March 16.
