Users must follow the purchase process, contacting us via the form provided on the website to purchase the services they require and receive a tailored quote.

Prices and Payment Methods

Prices will be established individually depending on the needs of each business.

The payment method will be established with each client, and a monthly invoice will be sent for payment.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

The joint acquisition of courses by more than one person is prohibited, as their use is personal and non-transferable.

Any use not previously authorized by Ismael Martín will be considered a serious breach of intellectual and industrial property rights. We reserve the right to take any civil and criminal actions available to safeguard our rights, under penalty of committing a crime against intellectual property under Art. 270 et seq. of the Penal Code, with prison sentences of up to 4 years.

Processing of Personal Data

In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, the data will be processed by Ismael Martín as “Clients and Suppliers” for the purpose of providing the contracted service.

The Client is responsible for the veracity of the data provided.

Unless express opposition is stated, the Client expressly consents to the processing of their personal data to send information of interest, news, and offers about products and services through any medium, including email.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition via postal mail at Avd. Disclaimer

Unless otherwise provided by law, Ismael Martín shall not accept any liability for:

losses not attributable to any breach on his part;
business losses (including loss of profits);
technical failures due to accidental or other causes that prevent the normal functioning of the website via the internet; lack of availability of the website for maintenance or other reasons that prevent the service from being available;
any failure or delay in the performance of any of the obligations assumed, when it occurs as a result of circumstances beyond his reasonable control, i.e., justified by force majeure.

Right of Exclusion
