News and first posts in English

As you may have noticed, last week I did not publish any post. It was for a good reason, and that is that this past week I have received one of the best possible pieces of news.

I have become the father of a baby girl.

They have been days full of excitement, emotions, nappies and bottles.

After a few days of adjustment and taking advantage of the fact that the blog has managed to surpass the number of weekly visits, I have decided to publish two posts in English.

The publication of the latest post about pseudo-festivals has reached a record number of daily visits with 692 sessions, and 1,903 in a single week, confirming continued growth that it has maintained throughout the year. In 2016 there were 435 sessions in the same period.

Due to the impact that the topic of fake festivals has had, some international festival directors have written to me asking me to translate them into English.

Although this blog is written in Spanish, and I do not intend to create an English version of the content, it is true that there are topics that are of particular interest to the entire festival circuit and about which very little has been said. Therefore, in this special case, I have translated into English the two posts about fake festivals and pseudo-festivals, creating a new category for posts in English:

After the fake festivals: analyzing pseudo festivals

How to avoid fake festivals

If you have any comments about the translations, do not hesitate to write to me.

I will say goodbye now, as I have to prepare a bottle.
